A WARM WELCOME
I am a cranial sacral therapist with more than 25 years-experience successfully helping people to shift from feelings of pain, stress, and discomfort to a state of energetic alignment, balance, and wholeness. I gently support you to help you to align with your innate regenerative and healing energies. My work is a healing of mind, body, and spirit and I treat my workplace as a sacred and safe space and each client with the utmost sensitivity to all the dimensions that make each of us uniquely who we are. I prepare for each client with the highest of intentions and discernment. Our bodies’ cells hold wisdom longing to be understood.
Offering two types of
THERAPY SERVICES
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
A non-invasive treatment for the whole-body using light and still touch. In a highly sensitive and balanced state, I sense your whole system of body/mind/spirit and note areas of vitality, constriction, stagnation, and misalignment. By helping you shift to a state of inner stillness, your inner process creates a path for your biodynamic system to align with its inherent healing forces and health. On the base of craniosacral-system-anatomy, I sense and recognize even the smallest details of misalignment, inertia, and compression. “Your body, believe it or not, remembers everything, sounds, smells, touches, tastes. Distance sessions are an option.
Multi-Dimensional Alignment
An integrated approach to healing based on my training, study and experience with the approaches of Mietek Wirkus (Bioenergy Healing), John Pierrakos (Core Energetics), Barbara Brennan (Hands of Light), Bert Hellinger (Family Constellations), Marion Rosen (the Rosen Method), Randolph Stone (Polarity Therapy), Brigit Viksnins (Alchemical Alignment) and the ancient practice of Reiki.
Distance sessions are an option.
Distance Sessions
On the basis of the client and my mutual intentions for connection and healing, distance sessions provide an opportunity for heightening one’s self-awareness of one’s body; repairing boundary and visceral defense issues; and ultimately identifying one’s authentic core. Distance sessions can be especially beneficial, given the added space between the practitioner and the client. Some clients struggle to feel safe when touched. These sessions have been helpful for those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and intimacy-related trauma.

I have been training and practicing numerous healing modalities including Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy; John Upledger – Craniosacral Therapy; Rosen Method Bodywork: Accessing the Unconscious through Touch; Brigit Viksnins’ Alchemical Alignment: Bodywork for Trauma Resolution and Embodiment of Spirit; renowned Polish healer Mietek Wirkus’ Bioenergy Healing; John Pierrakos’ Core Energetics, Barbara Brennan’s Hands of Light, Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellations, Randolph Stone’s Polarity Therapy), Steven Thayer’s Integrated Energy Therapy and the ancient practice of Reiki.
I work in cooperation with various practitioners including psychotherapists, medical doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and homeopaths to help those struggling with trauma, pain, chronic illness, compulsive behavior, and unhealthy coping mechanisms including drug, alcohol and other addictions. My clients include persons recovering from physical and non-physical abuse and abuse-related trauma; and those who are on a variety of personal growth paths toward well-being and balance, internal self-development, expanded self-awareness, including those who have been experiencing Kundalini Awakening.
I am a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist; a massage therapist licensed by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork; a member of the American Massage Therapy Association; a member of the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association, and I am a Reiki Master.
On a personal note, I left my native Poland and immigrated to England and eventually to the United States driven by my hunger for and commitment to spiritual wholeness, internal growth, and mental and physical wellbeing. This inner passion informs and fuels my work to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing for others.
